Spotting Supper

Mylo can track Micah and I as we walk through the house. It is neat because he follows us with his eyes now. I think he watches me so he knows where his next meal is coming from but i am not sure why he follows Micah. Today he is 3-weeks-old. Last night, I got about 3 hours of sleep, not consecutively of course so i am hoping tonight goes better.

My Penguins

The Penguins are in the Stanley Cup Play offs and my penguins are dressed and ready. Micah's dad sent us a Build-A-Bear in a Penguins jersey which just so happens to fit our first born. I think they are adorable.

First Mall trip

Mylo, Micah and I ventured to the Mall for the first time. Mylo was sporting a "vroom vroom" onsie with a car on it (in honor of riding in the car) and blue striped pants.Little did we know as we entered Target and spotted 4 or 5 strollers that we would be bombarded with babies. It was Baby Day at the Mall. There were big bellies and babies everywhere. These people even raced their babies in heats or waves. How could you tell a baby they didn't make it to the next event? They're just a baby and you are telling them they are a loser because they didn't crawl the fastest. We got a couple things before Mylo did his pterodactyl screaming. I think the trip was a success! I hope we wore him out so he sleeps through the night......right. I even got sushi which i have been craving since this baby project started.

Scooching on the couch!!

For Mylo's tummy time, he scooched across the couch. I got a couple of smiles but he was very focused. Through our off and on naps, my hair got pulled for the first time. It seems his most awake time is from 5:30pm-7:00pm, just in time for all of the boring evening tv shows. I'll keep you posted on the scooching!
